Manapua
In Hawaii, we call it " Manapua " but in other parts of the country
like San Francisco Chinatown, it is called " Char Siu Bao ". A delicious
snack bun, shredded pork with a touch of sweetness.

Pomelo Fruit, the Japanese name for it is " Jabon ", it's like
a large grapefruit eaten like an orange in segments and
my favorite Tommy Bahama tie.

Obon is an important tradition for Japanese people, they believe
that their ancestor's spirits come back to their homes to be
reunited with their family. Obon is an important family gathering
time, and many people return to their hometowns.
