Sushi or Sashimi

This is a " Sushi ", a mound of rice with slice of raw Bluefin Tuna.

It is also considered sushi when a mound of rice is served without

any raw fish. It is referred to as " Sashimi " when you are only

served slices of raw Bluefin Tuna by itself, without any mound of rice.
